The Ixchel Pilgrimage is a ceremonial and embodied journey for women who feel the call of Ixchel, goddess of the waters, the moon, midwifery, and the cycles of creation.

The descent into the womb of the Earth.
Sacred cenotes and water rituals for cleansing, oracular activation, and ancestral remembrance.
BACALAR
The still waters where the journey integrates. Embodiment retreat with aquatic alchemy, integration practices, and closing rites in still waters.

Guide in somatic alchemy, embodiment, and the body as oracle.
Guardian of Life and initiated priestess of the feminine lineage, with over 15 years of experience weaving ancestral wisdom, sacred sexuality, aquatic therapy, and embodied spirituality.
MIRIAM ÁVALOS
Professional midwife and spiritual guide.
She accompanies birth, healing, and transformation processes through natural gynecology, traditional midwifery, and ancestral ceremonies, honoring the feminine body as sacred territory.
Mayan grandmothers
AND ANCESTRAL CUSTODIANS
The pilgrimage is also accompanied by Mayan grandmothers and ancestral custodians in each territory, guardians of land, water, and living lineage.
This is not a path guided from above, it is a path held in circle.

The Ixchel Pilgrimage is a 7-day, 8-night ceremonial journey, intentionally designed to move through the elements and anchor the medicine in the body.
