Ixchel Pilgrimage – Sacred Offerings Pilgrimage

This policy is designed to protect both the facilitators and each participant during the Ixchel Pilgrimage – Sacred Offerings Pilgrimage, guided by Dhyana Sophia and Miriam Ávalos.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Reservation and Payments

  • The regular price of the Sacred Offerings Pilgrimage is $1,800 USD per person.

  • The Early Bird price is $1,600 USD, subject to availability and deadline.

  • To secure your place, a $500 USD non-refundable reservation deposit is required.

  • The remaining balance will be coordinated directly with the organization and must be completed within the indicated timelines to maintain your reservation.

  • If you choose the optional Bacalar Extended Immersion, an additional $300 USD deposit will be required, for a total deposit of $800 USD for the full journey. Details regarding the remaining balance for the extension will be shared separately.

  • All payments must be made within the specified timeframes to confirm participation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, without exception.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person, under your responsibility. You must notify the organization at least 30 days in advance to manage any necessary logistical changes.

In the event that the pilgrimage is canceled by the organizers due to force majeure (including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control), the experience will be rescheduled.

No refunds will be issued, but all payments made will be fully honored for the new dates.

3. Participant Responsibility

This pilgrimage has a spiritual, ceremonial, and energetic focus.


Each participant is responsible for their physical, emotional, and energetic well-being before, during, and after the experience.

Participants are asked to:

  • Refrain from alcohol or psychoactive substance use during the pilgrimage

  • Maintain a respectful attitude toward the facilitators, fellow participants, local communities, and sacred sites

  • Honor group agreements and the collective process

Any behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of the group may result in removal from the pilgrimage without refund.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Dhyana Sophia, Miriam Ávalos, and the organizing team are not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Medical conditions not disclosed prior to the journey

  • Accidents occurring outside scheduled activities

  • Personal decisions made during the trip

  • External situations beyond the scope of the program

By joining this pilgrimage, participants confirm that they are in suitable physical and mental condition and assume full personal responsibility for their participation.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, including medical coverage, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and international assistance.

5. Image and Media Release (Optional)

Photographs and videos may be taken during the pilgrimage for documentation and promotional purposes.

Participants may communicate if they do not wish to appear in any visual material.

6. Logistical Conditions

The Sacred Offerings Pilgrimage price includes:

  • Shared accommodation during the pilgrimage

  • Three meals per day

  • Internal transportation between pilgrimage sites (including boat transfers)

  • Entrance fees to sacred sites

  • Guided ceremonies, rituals, and spiritual accompaniment

The price does not include:

  • Flights

  • Travel or medical insurance

  • Personal expenses

  • Any activities not explicitly listed in the program

7. Informed Consent

By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this General Policy.


You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and with full awareness of the spiritual, ceremonial, and energetic nature of this pilgrimage.
